Complaints / Grievance

North Walsham Gymnastics Club is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, consistent and accessible service to children and their parents/carers. We always aim to provide high quality services for everyone, however we realise that there are occasions where things may go wrong. In such circumstances, we want to be able to provide a clear and consistent approach and procedure to resolving any such issues/complaints.

 

NWGC promotes an open and regular dialogue with parens/carers and welcome the opportunity to be able to resolve any such issues as they occur. If this is not possible then the parent/carer should follow the formal complaints procedure set out below.

Under normal circumstances the Club Coach in charge of the session, or the Welfare Officer will be responsible for managing any issues.
